If you, or someone you know, has been loaned equipment through one of our Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES) and you no longer need it, you can contact us to arrange a free of charge collection.

There are some small items of equipment like walking sticks and crutches that we may not collect as it is not best value for our commissioners. In these cases, you can return the equipment to your local service centre or one of our collection points. If you are unsure whether the equipment you have falls into this category, please get in touch with your local team who will be happy to advise you of the options available.
