NRS Healthcare attends veterans and family day in Lincolnshire
NRS Healthcare attended an open day in Lincolnshire specifically for veterans and families to find out more about the services available to them both locally and nationally.

The event was organised by the Veterans Support Service CIC as a one-stop shop and other organisations attending included the Department for Work and Pensions, SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, Op Courage (NHS), Blind Vets UK, Op Nova, Help for Heroes, Healthwatch, Carers First and Royal British Legion.

Michelle Seal is the new Community Engagement Lead in Lincolnshire and this was her first event. She said:

“I was delighted to attend this event in our community and talk to people about the services NRS offers as well as connect with other organisations. It was also a great way to discover more about the sorts of organisations and services in Lincolnshire and how we can support each other.”

Simon Hallam was one of the open day organisers. He said:

“We would like to thank Michelle for supporting our event in Lincoln. Some much-needed support and advice was given out on the day to more than 70 attendees.”
